The room was well-maintained and modern with bathroom, 2 double beds and drinks, had a good night's sleep. Thoroughly enjoyed the location close to great food places. We found nice Gelato & Co nearby with hot beverages.
Some people working there were absolutely rude.

Amazing Staff and Fun Family Time!
Our family had a blast! The location is perfect, super close to the airport and right by all the fun stuff. The pool is just awesome, and the beach is great for the kids. We loved the poolside snack bar too! The staff were super friendly, especially the ones at the bar. The only thing was the lobby smell-way too strong for us.

Good location! Close to restaurants and shops. $15 cab ride to old San Juan ( worth every penny). Nice pool and beach area. Beach bar had great food. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and nice.
The extra $45 per day resort fee, unexpected expense. Wish the cafe was open later for evening snack/coffee.

The hotel is very nice and the lacation was perfert right on the beach.
The only complaint was the price was over the listed price on the internet. The almost 50 dollars a day taxes and resort fee are outrageous. The room I booked was 234 a night and that was a little high I thought and then to be hit with the resort fees too. Because of the price I would not stay there again.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the beach access was a major plus. The extra resort fees were frustrating, and the service could be notably inconsistent, especially regarding special dietary requests. A relaxing spot but some improvements in service would enhance the experience.

It is very close to old San Juan. There are a wide variety of restaurants in the area. I felt very safe in the area.
There is a posted "dangerous shorebreak" on the beach, so the only people in the water were using body boards. I went to the beach in Carolina, about 30 minutes away.

Great location by the beach.
Checkin was too slow. Overworked but friednly staff. One day at the Marriott actually lasts 19 hours only (Checkin from 4pm, Checkout until 11am). We arrived around 1pm and had to wait more than two hours for our room. Housekeeping is probably understaffed.

Biking around the area was a blast, plus the beach was right outside. We had a great lunch at the outdoor restaurant, thanks to Rita checking in on us!
Felt like relaxing at home, no complaint.

- Right on the beach. - bedrooms and comfortable spacious enough (except for the noise).
Way too loud!!! - The lobby has music as loud as a night club in the evening (made it very difficult to interact with the reception). This has to be changed. What a bad way to receive people. - open-air night-club accross the street - noise travels through doors between bedrooms so impossible to sleep when people next door are making noises. Resort fee of 15% added to the bill.

The service of the staff was very disappointing. The food was bad and very expensive Overall, the hotel was nice but too expensive for the type of service we received
